Why do ThinkandReachPar.com users improve more in one week than most do in a full year?

We know there are golfers out there who have single-digit handicaps waiting for them just below the surface.  However it's almost certain they'll go cross-eyed trying to process the overwhelming amount of recycled regurgitation that gets passed off as 'tips' … and this is limiting their ability to confidently and consistently play great golf.

We're here to help those individuals who want more by providing the tools necessary to simplify the game.

ThinkandReachPar.com cures information overload – say goodbye to analysis paralysis forever.   If you can count to 3 then you can groove a permanent textbook golf swing.

This site was born in early 2001 to a group of obsessive golf nuts with one collective goal in mind… make the game simple to play again and have fun doing so.  We all love golf (probably a little too much as many of our significant others will tell us), and we struggled to find communities that weren't filled to the brim with over-the-top hype.

Sick to death of all the crap out there… we created our own home the way we wanted it to be: for real golfers by real golfers.

ThinkandReachPar.com provides you with unique insight into the way golf was meant to be played… cutting through the BS to give you only that which is proven time and time again to simply your game and improve your results.  We're a passionate group of real golfers with real day jobs and a never-ending thirst for playing better golf.

As you move around the site, you’ll quickly discover why so many people just like you have taken the time to write us letters ranting and raving how much their golf games have improved after joining our community and reading our golf swing tips in the blog.

Our philosophy is simple…

Traditional golf advice is just too technical, too expensive and too time-consuming…that’s why it doesn’t work for most people. So, we offer you simple, easy to understand methods that give you more distance, more accuracy and lower scores.

We will show you how to do it in less time and for less money than anyone else.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg…

The staff at ThinkandReachPar.com is a melting pot of golfers from around the world with the strengths to match.

Shane Glennon – Co-Founder

"Just because you might not have the prettiest swing in the world, it doesn't mean you can't consistenly shoot in the 70's," Shane preaches to his students. "People sometimes look at me and say, come on there's no way that guy can shoot well… but I play SMART Golf and let the clubs do the work for me".

"Most of the high handicappers that I encounter, especially the Seniors who've been playing many years without any noticeable improvement, tell me, "it's too late to change my swing my swing now." "That's Fine." I say, "don't change your swing, learn a new shot. The long, straight shot."

"I've been privileged to meet many other passionate people who come back to me after a few lessons and share stories of similar paths toward great golf."

Mike Moran – Co-Founder

As a Mental Strength Coach, I’ve had the great fortune of traveling around the world and jumping inside the brains of hundreds of amazing golfers… to examine both their strengths and weaknesses.

My techniques have played a major role in helping statistically-superior golfers take their game to the next level (where one stroke can mean the difference between a tour card and going home empty-handed).

And without question, the single biggest obstacle facing golfers today is NOT lack of information.  In fact, it’s the exact opposite… we are suffering from ‘analysis paralysis’ due to too much external noise.

Our brains screw with us, and as a result, we focus on the wrong things and over-complicate the game.  Remember that little hinges swing big doors.  And by that I mean if you were to focus 95% of your efforts on the correct 5% of your game, you could easily establish a single-digit handicap for yourself.  Everything after that is icing on the cake.

You need the basics.  Period.

It doesn’t sound sexy but they will get you a consistent, repeatable swing that you can confidently count on in the clutch for the rest of your days.

Forget about trying copy the pros.  We all come in different shapes and sizes (with varying degrees of mobility based on age and injuries).  Your body already has a natural swing instinctively built into it.

Keep it simple by working with the swing that FEELS right to your body (not how you *think* it should look).  AS LONG AS you square the clubface at impact… Before and After That Moment, Little Else Matters in Comparison.
